WARRANTY INFORMATION
Part I General Warranty
Thank you for choosing our products.Before using our motorcycles, there are following issues needed to concern:
User has to recognize that he or sheis qualified to operate our products, and is in good condition to participatein driving activities. The user also agrees to assume all risks when operatingor allowing others to operate his or her product. If the user does not feelcapable of operating the product, he or she must find professional training forsuch activities.
DEALER´S RESPONSBILITY:
Any repairs under warranty may be madeat no charge for parts and labor in house to the consumer or the dealer. Any replacement parts will be replaced with new parts.
WARNING!! USER HAS TO RECOGNIZE THAT THE USE OFMOTORIZED VEHICLES CAN BE DANGEROUS AND MAY LEAD TO SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.These inherent risks may be caused by buyer's own or others during driving,with consequence of social and economic loss, either known or unknown to User. Therefore,the user has to fully accept and assume responsibility for all such risks,losses, costs, and damages incurred as a result of participation in ridingactivities, AS EVEN PROPER OPERATION AND USE OF A MOTORIZED VEHICLE MAY NOTPREVENT SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.
AMSTAR MOTOR CORPORATION will supply,or install in house, new parts or rebuilt replacement of defective parts, aswell as perform in house repairs on defective engines for a period of ONE yearfrom the date of purchase at no charge. After ONE year, all repair costs arethe responsibility of the user with exception of 5 years warranty for emissionrelated parts.
PURCHASING A UNIT IN THE CRATE, FROMAUCTION, FROM A BANK THAT HAS REPOSSESSED IT, OR WITHOUT THE PROPER SET UP WILLVOID ALL WARRANTY COVERAGE!

ENGINE | All internal lubricated parts, i.e. Pistons, piston pins, connecting rods, camshaft, timing chain, crankshaft, oil pump, water pump, valves, valve springs, valve guides, valve seats, valve lifters and valve push rods. Additionally, the engine head and cylinder will only be covered if damage is caused as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more internal lubricated components listed above. |
ENGINE CASE | The Engine case itself will only be covered if the damage caused was solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components listed above. |
DRIVE SYSTEM | All internal lubricated parts contained within the drive axle housing case, i.e. differential, differential gears, drive shaft, drive axles, axle bearings, reverse gears and output shafts. The drive axle housing as well as the reverse gearbox housing, if damaged solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more or the internal lubricated components contained the drive axle housing will be covered. (Any bent, broken, or damaged by outside impact does not cover warranty) |
FUEL SYSTEM | Carburetor (warranty in case of manufacturer default, not carb clean), vacuum fuel pump, intake manifold, fuel tank. |
ELECTRICAL | Stator, stator pickup, magneto, voltage regulator\ rectifier, CDI, starter relay\ starter solenoid, starter motor, coil, distributor assembly injector relay, cable, switch and horn. |
COOLING SYSTEM | Radiator, radiator cap, thermostat, thermostat housing, temperature indicator switch, cooling fan motors, water pump and water pump housing. |
BRAKES | Calipers, drum housings, drum brake linkage, reservoirs, rotors, and lines. |
CHASSIS | Frame, swing arms, A-arms, steering controls. |
TRANSMISSION | All internal lubricated parts contained within the transmission case, i.e. flywheel, hydraulic shift linkage, kick start spindle, kick start secondary gear and transmission gears. The transmission case itself will be covered if the damage was solely as a result of mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components contained within the transmission case. (Improper changing gears without stop completed cause damage internal gears. "No cover warranty") |

COVERAGE AND LIMITATIONS
Initial set up must be preformed in accordancewith the Amstar Motor Corporation Delivery and Inspection Form. Additionally,all work must be performed by a professional mechanic (i.e. engine repair shop,motorcycle shop, or local auto repair shop) or an authorized Amstar Dealer toassure your vehicle is in good working condition. Upon completion, you mustmail in the Amstar Motor Corporation Vehicle Delivery and Inspection Formsigned by the technician that performed the service. You will need to provideproof of this service when filing a warranty claim. Subject to the limitationsstated in this agreement, Amstar Motor Corporation agrees to replace a coveredcomponent if the covered component fails as a result of one or more of theinternal lubricated parts within the component stated warranty period from thedate of purchase, while the component is being used under the conditions and inthe manner specified by its original manufacturer. Keep in mind these units arebuilt for recreational use only. Your claim may be deniedunder the following circumstances:
Misuse or abuse of the vehicle, i.e.
Jumping
Stunt ridding
Modification of any kind
Racing
Ridding at constant wide open throttle
Unit is used as a rental or commercial business
Damage is caused by an accident
Product is used in a manner that it is not designed for
Inexperienced rider abuse
Improper adjustment\operation of the clutch, i.e. dragging, causing premature burning of the friction plates
Improper adjustment\operation of brakes
Improper gear engagement, i.e. engaging reverse will traveling forward
Improper maintenance, i.e.
Lack of routine maintenance
Repairs performed are done so by yourself, not a professional technician or your dealer
Use of incorrect lubricants
Improper initial set up
Use of aftermarket parts for repair

TOWING CHARGES: All towing and/orshipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
REPAIRED COMPONENTS: If the components are repaired under the termsof this agreement, they will be repaired or replaced with component parts ofsame kind and quality.
LABOR TO REPAIR OR REPLACE PARTS: AmstarMotor Corporation does reimburse any labor cost under warranty period. Pleasecontact with us for our warranty labor rate and conditions.
FOR PARTS: All Parts warranty issuesmust be processed through the dealer where your product was purchased. If youcan not reach your dealer, you must send us a copy of your original invoiceshowing our model number, vehicle identification number and date of purchase onthe invoice, as well as a copy of your Amstar Motor delivery Inspection &Warranty Form before we can claim your product directly. Amstar Motor Corp.reserves the right to decline any warranty claim based on the criteria listedin the COVERAGE AND LIMITATIONS portion of this warranty.
FOR ENGINES: All Engine warrantyissues must be processed through the dealer where your product was purchased.If you can not reach your dealer, you must send us a copy of your originalinvoice showing our model number, vehicle identification number and date ofpurchase on the invoice, as well as a copy of your Amstar Motor Corp. DeliveryPreparation and Inspection Form before we can warranty your product directly. AmstarMotor Corp. reserves the right to decline any warranty claim based on thecriteria listed in the COVERAGE AND LIMITATIONS portion of this warranty.
INITIAL PREPERATION AND DELIVERYISSUES (DEALER ONLY): Items not covered by the warranty above may be coveredunder the initial set up of the vehicle if reported to Amstar Motor Corp. bythe dealer as soon as the unit is uncrated. Please remember to inspect eachunit, and to list all damages you see to the outside of the box on the bill oflading, as well as take photos of the damage, which must be reported to AmstarMotor Corp., as well as the shipping company upon delivery and wait for aprompt resolution.
IN WARRANTY: If your product is stillunder warranty, Amstar Motor Corp. or his dealer will provide you all theservice at no charge unless it is determined your part was abused, misused ordamaged in any way other than a manufacturers defect.
OUT OF WARRANTY: Customer is to pay for parts, S&H both ways.
SHIPPING POLICY: The following is ourgeneral shipping policy.
All shipping related fees must beprepaid in full. Unless the customer is using Freight collect or has arrangedhis/her own freight.
Amstar Motor Corp. will not guarantee any delivery schedule.
Amstar Motor Corp. is not responsible for shipping delays, as we are at the will of the shipping company.
Amstar Motor Corp. is not responsible for damages that may occur during shipping.
Amstar Motor Corp. is not responsible for any extra cost incurred by the customer after the part has been shipped.
Amstar Motor Corp. is not responsible for the costs of return shipping and these costs must be included with the initial part order if not under warranty. If shipping funds are not included, we will not ship the part.
Amstar Motor Corp. is not responsible for any cancellation incurred cost. All costs that may arise due to cancellation must be paid in full, and are not refundable. (Example: If product or parts have left the warehouse and the customer cancels the order, the shipping company will charge freight, regardless of your cancellation.)
LIMITEDWARRANTY TRANSFERABILITY:
THIS WARRANTY IS NOTTRANSFERABLE.
NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES ORAGREEMENTS:
THERE ARE NO AGREEMENTS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDINGWARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THANTHOSE STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT. PUMA CYCLES CORP. SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FORTHE PAYMENT OF DAMAGES, OTHER THAN THE SUMS SPECIFIED IN THIS AGREEMENT ANDLIMITED WARRANTY, FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROMINJURY OR DEATH, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, RENTAL VEHICLES, PROFITS, OR INCOMETO THE CUSTOMER AS A RESULT OF A FAILURE OF ANY COMPONENT OR PARTS.
NO OTHER AGREEMENT:There are no other agreements between the parties withregards to the components service except as stated in this agreement &limited warranty.
There is also no exchange on vehicles/units, warranty will cover parts only.
REPLACEMENT PART: Amstar Motor Corp. reserves the right to inspect thedefective part before replacing it. In some case Amstar Motor Corp. will require customer to send inthe defective part for inspection before exchange can be made. The inspectionprocess might take from 2-4 business days after its arrival to the designatedinspection office. Amstar MotorCorp. will decideif the part in question is defective or otherwise. Dealer or the buyer will paythe shipping fee.
It is theresponsibility of the buyer, dealer and distributor and/or end user, and not Amstar Motor Corp., to ascertain, and obey, allapplicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to thepossession, and use, of any item purchased from Puma Cycles Corporation. Allequipment is sold subject to public law 90-351, title III,
Dealer/Distributor agreesthat absolutely no sales of any of our motorized products will be to minors. Byplacing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be usedin a lawful manner and that he/she is of legal age. Amstar Motor Corp. will not be held liable for themisuse of any product purchased from us or any of our distributors &dealers.
Purchaser hereby agree to release and forever discharge Amstar Motor Corp.. and their agents, servants,employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons or entitiesacting on their behalf, from any and all claims, actions, damages, liability,costs or expenses and attorney fees which are related to, arise out of, or arein any way connected to the participation or use of the equipment or propertysupplied by Amstar Motor Corp. and his premises, whether or notsuch claims, actions, damages, liability, costs or expenses are caused by thenegligence of the seller or the manufacturer or distributor.
Purchaser hereby certifies thatHe/She is over 18 years of age. Purchaser has carefully read the foregoing andacknowledges that purchaser understands and agrees to all of the above termsand conditions. Purchaser has had the opportunity to ask any and all questionsregarding this agreement and the effect of the same. Purchaser is aware that byordering and sending payments for any item(s), purchaser assumes all risks andwaives and releases certain substantial rights that purchaser may have orposses. Purchaser there for releases all liability and waives any and allrights purchaser may have in regards to purchases made of product directly orindirectly from Amstar Motor Corp.
Part II HMC-EMISSIONCONTROL SYSTEM WARRANTY STATEMENT
YOUR WARRANTY RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Amstar Motor Corporation(hereinafter MFR), are pleased to explain the emission control system warrantyon your motorcycle. New motor vehicles must be designed, built, and equipped tomeet U.S. EPA standards. MFR must warrant the emission control system on yourmotorcycle for the periods of time listed below provided there has been noabuse, neglect or improper maintenance of your motorcycle.
A Warranty Statement: Replacement Parts, Service and Warranty. Any certificationissued under this procedure is conditional upon full compliance with the designand defects emissions warranty requirements in the federal Clean Air Act(42U.S.C. 2017 (a) for the applicable useful life (as specified in 40CFR86.402-98) in which the engine is installed.
Your emission control system may include components such as the carburetor or fuel-injectionsystem, the ignition system, catalytic converter and engine computer. Also includedmay be hoses, belts, connectors and other emission-related assemblies.
Where a warrantable condition exists, MFR will repair your motorcycle at nocost to you, including diagnosis, parts and labor.
MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY COVERAGE
The warranty period begins on the date the motorcycle is delivered to the firstpurchaser and subsequently continuous to an ultimate purchaser thereafter andcover the useful life of the HMC per 40CFR86.402 for 6,000 kilometers (3,728miles) or 5 (five) years from the date of initial retail delivery, whicheverfirst occurs.
If an emission-related component on your motorcycle is defective, the componentwill be repaired or replaced by MFR. This is your emission control DEFECTSWARRANTY.
OWNER’S WARRANTY RESPONSIBILITIES
l As the motorcycleowner, you are responsible for the performance of the required maintenancelisted in your owner’s manual. MFR recommends that you retain all receipts coveringmaintenance on your motorcycle, but MFR cannot deny warranty solely for the lackof receipts or for your failure to ensure the performance of all scheduled maintenance.
l You are responsiblefor presenting your motorcycle to a MFR dealer as soon as a problem exists. Thewarranty repairs should be completed in a reasonable amount of time, not toexceed 30 days.
l As the motorcycleowner, you should be aware that MFR may deny your warranty coverage if yourmotorcycle or a part has failed due to abuse, neglect, improper maintenance orunapproved modifications.
l In case no MFRauthorized dealer is in the vicinity, the warranted MFR vehicle's repair can beconducted by a local licensed mechanic workshop. MFR will reimburse owner for expensesincluding diagnosis, failed warrantied part(s) mailing to MFR and repair labor chargesfully paid-off by the owner. MFR will deliver warranted parts to the licensed workshopfor replacement.
l Owner will berequired to send the original copy of receipt of repairs conducted by the licensedworkshop in order to receive the reimbursement by MFR.
l All Warranted repairsreplaced emission parts are to be returned to MFR.

Amstar Motor Corporation - LIMITEDWARRANTY ON EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM
AmstarMotor Corporation (hereinafter MFR) warrants that each new MFR motorcycle, whichincludes as standard equipment a headlight, taillight and stoplight, and isstreet legal:
a. is designed, built and equipped so as to conform at the time of initialretail purchase with all applicable regulations of the United StatesEnvironmental Protection Agency.
b. is free from defects in material and workmanship which cause such motorcycleto fail to conform with applicable regulations of the United StatesEnvironmental Protection Agency for a period of use of:
l 6,000 kilometers(3,728 miles), if the motorcycle’s engine displacement is less than 50 cubic centimetersor 5 (five) years from the date of initial retail delivery, whichever first occurs.
I. COVERAGE. Warranty defects shall be remedied during customary business hoursat any authorized MFR motorcycle dealer or a licensed mechanic located withinthe United States of America in compliance with the Clean Air Act andapplicable regulations of the United States Environmental Protection Agency.Any part or parts replaced under this warranty shall become the property ofMFR.
II. LIMITATIONS. This Emission Control System Warranty shall not cover anyof the
following:
A. Repair or replacement required as a result of
(1) accident;
(2) misuse;
(3) repairs improperly performed or replacements improperly installed;
(4) use of replacement parts or accessories not conforming to MFR’sspecifications which
adversely affect performance and/or
(5) use in competitive racing or related events.
B. Inspections, replacement of parts and other services and adjustmentsrequired forrequired maintenance.
C. Any motorcycle on which the odometer mileage has been changed so that actualmileage cannot be readily determined.
D. MFR Warranty coverage will be voided if vehicle owner fix your vehicle using
Non original OEMparts.
III. LIMITED LIABILITY
A. The liability of MFR under this Emission Control System Warranty is limitedsolely tothe remedying of defects in material workmanship by an authorized MFRdealer at its place of business during customary business hours. This warrantydoes not cover inconvenience or loss of use of the motorcycle or transportationof the motorcycle to or from the MFR dealer. MFR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANYOTHER EXPENSES, LOSS OR DAMAGE, WHETHER DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARYARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE MFRVEHICLE FOR ANY PURPOSE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATIONOF ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOTAPPLY TO YOU.
B. NO EXPRESS EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM WARRANTY IS GIVEN BY MFR
EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH HEREIN. ANY EMISSION CONTROL
SYSTEM WARRANTY IMPLIED BY LAW, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF THE
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS LIMITED
TO THE EXPRESS EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM WARRANTY TERMS STATED
IN THIS WARRANTY. THE FOREGOING STATEMENTS OF WARRANTY ARE
EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER REMEDIES. SOME STATES DO NOT
ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS SO THE
ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
C. No dealer is authorized to modify this Limited Emission Control SystemWarranty.
IV. LEGAL RIGHTS.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO
HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
V. THIS WARRANTY IS IN ADDITION TO THE MFR LIMITED MOTORCYCLE
WARRANTY.
VI. WARRANTY REPAIRS ELIGIBILITY EVALUATION
Your MFR vehicle Warranty repairs eligibility shall be evaluated at localdealer’s storewhere your MFR vehicle is purchased. If repair is conducted at alocal licensed mechanic workshop, vehicle owner is required to call or emailMFR and provide following info for Warranty repairs eligibility evaluationprior to your Warranty Claims:
A. Invoice number and purchase date;
B. VIN number of the vehicle;
C. Picture of the faulty parts;
D. Credentials of the licensed mechanic;
E. Labor charge for the repairs quoted by the licensed mechanic;
VII. WARRANTY PARTS DELIVERY AND LABOR CHARGE REIMBURSEMENT
A. MFR will deliver the repair parts at no charge to the licensed mechanicworkshop (if no MFR local dealer is available) you choose, using express mailonce your vehicleWarranty repairs eligibility is established.
B. Owner has to mail in actual repair cost receipts to MFR.
C. MFR will reimburse Owner’s vehicle Warranty repair labor cost once yourWarrantyrepair is completed by the approved local licensed mechanic workshop.
VIII. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
MFR recommend the OEM parts be always used when Warranty repairs are needed.
This Emission Controls System Warranty may be voided if you use parts
unapproved/unauthorized by the MFR. Nonetheless, any replacement part that is equivalentin performance and durability may be used in the performance of any maintenanceor repairs. However, under such circumstance, MFR is not liable for these parts.The owner is responsible for the performance of all required maintenance. Such maintenanceshould be performed in accordance with Owner’s Manual at a service establishmentor by any individual.
IX. CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY CLAIMS TRACKING
To ensure Warranty parts complains and repairs are handled and tracked securelyand timely, each Customer Warranty Claim is input into our data base by theretail Dealer / wholesale Dealer via following company website and WarrantyClaims will be reported which we then be reviewed for Warranty Claims trackingmanagement, and parts, credit processing for individual customer.

Meanwhile, MFR also provides ‘Inspection & Warranty Form’ (Appendix A) thatneeds to be completed by purchaser or dealer before purchaser receive AmstarMotor Motorcycle. This will also register MFR with Warranty.
X. EMISSION DEFECT REPORT TO GOVERNING BODY
The manufacture will be monitoring Warranty Claims entry in a timely manner andwill report to EPA once such claims reached 25 or more per§85.1903(a) (2).
